UniSA supports EndNote20 & EndNote21 only. Staff and students can obtain the latest approved version of EndNote through the UniSA Library Collection.
Mendeley and Zotero are freely available on the Internet and not supported by UniSA.

Before you begin installing:
When you create a new library a .enl file and a .data folder will be created. EndNote needs both to work properly, keep in the same location and with matching names.
By default, new EndNote libraries will save to the Desktop. When creating a library, save to the Applications folder, as it is not synced with iCloud. The EndNote desktop account will not be accessible after leaving UniSA. The University of South Australia does not consider Alumni to be authorised users and do not purchase any licenced software for Alumni. Alumni are not covered by the Acceptable use of IT policy https://i.unisa.edu.au/policies-and-procedures/university-policies/corporate/c-22/.
You will still be able to access your free EndNote online account.
