Using terms such as architecture and design in searches can be challenging.
Advanced searching techniques can help
Topic search - add your keywords to the search box. Use double quotes for phrases "..."
Subject search - subject headings can guide you to appropriate keywords to use. Subject headings are specific words or phrases chosen from a set list to describe the topics in a publication - you'll see them in Library Catalogue records. These are often examples of widely accepted and used terms.
Limit your search to find terms only in the subject headings part of a record by selecting 'Subject' from the drop-down menu next to the search box. This is best used if you have too many irrelevant results.
Author search - limit your search to works by a particular author by selecting 'Author' from the drop-down menu next to the search box.
