Search the Library Catalogue using keywords to find relevant journal articles, books, and other resources in the collection.

Here are a few keyword examples that might help with your essay:

  • learning
  • training
  • development
  • organisations
  • needs analysis

To do a search, try using:

  • "quotation marks" around phrases
    • ​"needs analysis"
  • the asterisk (*) to find the plural and other forms of a word
    • develop* (this will find develops, development, developing, ...)
  • AND to connect ideas
    • training AND organisations
  • OR to search for similar or related terms 
    • "training and development" OR "learning and development"
