For this assignment, you will first need to read the white paper on Reverse Supply Chain: Completing the Supply Chain Window (Cognizant 2011). Using that information and other information sources, write a report and incoporate answers to the four questions listed in your Course Outline within the body of your report. The Course Outline and your online course page have more specific details on the assessment requirements.
The purpose of this page is to help you use the Library to find information sources which you can uses as references in your report.
Now that you are clear on the task, brainstorm some terms you might want to search for and think of synonyms too.

You may have to mix and match different terms until you find a search that works for you!
On the left of your results page, you can tick the box to limit to 'peer reviewed only':
and then click the button to Apply filters:
You can also apply other filters such as format and date.
Databases contain specific information that you might not find in the Library Catalogue. There are many databases you can search within, Business Source Complete is a good one to get started with.

What do you do with all those references you have found?
Use a bibliographic management software to store, organise and cite your references. The Library supports the bibliographic management tool EndNote. There are also many free systems available.
