There are millions of active LinkedIn users who are all trying to distinguish themselves order to get noticed. Make yourself standout from the crowd by using some of these tips below. 

Customise your URL: Click on the Me icon at the top of the page > View Profile > Edit public profile & URL (Right hand rail).
Showcase Yourself: Use your page to showcase your work, experience, skills, and achievements to give a snapshot of who you are and what you can do.
Reach Out: Connect with your friends, colleagues, mentors, and industry. Growing your connections allows you to meet new people, share ideas, collaborate, and expand your reach.
Be Public: Don't use 'anonymous' settings if you want others to find and see your profile. Go to Privacy & Settings > Edit your public profile, to make sure your profile isn't hidden.

Writing Articles in LinkedIn

LinkedIn articles allow you share your ideas and expertise with your connections and expand your network on the platform. Writing articles is also a great way to start conversations and raise your visibility on the platform. Unlike posts which are shorter, LinkedIn articles can be up to 125,000 characters in length.
