Reading

To read online, find the chapter you want in the Table of Contents and click on the chapter title.

Searching

Use the search box at the top of the page to search across the entire platform or use the search box located next to the Table of Contents heading to search within the ebook.

Downloading

You will need to activate personalization to download content.

To do this:

1. Go to the top right-hand side of the page and select the login link.
2. Select the OpenAthens login hyperlink which can be found next to the log in box.
3. This will re-direct you to the ClinicalKey home page. Go to the top right-hand side of the page and select the down arrow located next to the ‘Logged in via University of South Australia’.
4. Select Activate.
5. Complete the Activate Personalization form and select Register.

You will notice that once you have registered, the name that you registered with will appear on the top right-hand side of the page.

From here, you may need to search for the book within ClinicalKey again.

You will now be able to download individual chapters. Navigate to the relevant chapter via the Table of Contents then select the PDF icon next to the chapter heading.

Printing

PDFs of chapters may be printed. Use the Print option in your PDF viewer.

Highlighting and annotating

This can be done using comments on downloaded PDFs.
