Reading

To read online, use the Read button under Access Full Text, below and right from the title. You can also just read individual chapters by selecting them from the Chapters tab below the book information.

Searching

The search box at the top of the book page allows you to search across the entire Brill platform. To search within an ebook or chapter, choose the Open in new window link above the reading view, then press Ctrl-F to search.

Downloading

Both the entire book and individual chapters are provided as PDFs, which can be saved to your own device. Choose the Open in new window link above the reading view, then press Ctrl-S to save.

Printing

You can print the PDF of an individual chapter. Choose the Open in new window link above the reading view, then press Ctrl-P to print.

Highlighting and annotating

This can be done using comments on your saved PDFs.
